WP5 - Dissemination, promotion and communication

Objectives

Dissemination, promotion and communication of the project is guaranteed under the coordination of the partner Instituto Cultura y Sociedad, University of Navarra. It consists of some specific actions: kick-off press conference; creation and launch of a dedicated website; use of social networks; specific communication through creative-artistic promotional actions with the creation of catalogs, and audiovisual materials, processing (drafting) and dissemination of scientific documents of the project. This WP describes the dissemination, exploitation and outreach strategy of the project. In order to create an impact, it is crucial to define a strategy at an early stage and to have dissemination activities accompanying all other project activities, in order to build up an increasing awareness level of the project and its results. At the same time, dissemination activities will also lead to engage stakeholders to become active members of the project. Finally, the strategy will also describe how the consortium will exploit its results and how it will become sustainable. Apart from these mainstream objectives, the project will endeavour to make a step forward to promote KiNESIS to the grand public.
