WP1 - Coordination and Management

Objectives
Ensure overall management coordination for the action;
- Maintain good internal communication between the consortium partners and a direct communication with EU;
- Coordinate action activities, including quality assurance process, monitoring and assessment of the progress of the action
- Provide documentation about the dissemination.
WP1 covers the overall legal, financial, administrative, and strategic management of the Project.
The coordinator of the proposed Action, the University of Naples L’Orientale, has extensive experience and strong expertise in the coordination and management of large-scale European and national projects. The University of Naples L’Orientale will oversee the overall coordination of the Action and its administrative, financial, and strategic management. An agile methodology will be implemented to review and update the status in iterations. The progress and success of the proposed Action will be monitored iteratively and measured against key progress indicators (KPIs):
- number of students involved and credits achieved,
- type and number of successful internships achieved,
- number of public bodies and SMEs involved in addition to the ones already foreseen in the consortium,
- type and number of outcomes achieved,
- number of dissemination events organised,
- number and type of impacts on the hosting community
