An interview with Sabrina Stieber - KiNESIS intern in Navarra
Rocaforte is a picturesque village in Navarra, Spain, with a population of 33 – its population is now half what it was 20 years ago. Yet Rocaforte is close to local services and there are ample employment opportunities in the immediate vicinity. To investigate the decline of Rocaforte, the KiNESIS project joined up with the Rural Development Agency, looking for a motivated intern to examine this situation in depth. Sabrina Stieber decided to accept this challenge, asn the second internship for her degree in European Administration at Harz University, Germany. In this video (available in English and Spanish) she tells us about her six months in the mountains of Spain, her encounters with local people, and the opportunities that the KiNESIS project can offer to students who want a chance to explore real challenges.
